Our wills and probate lawyer is Nicola Birchall.
Nicola Birchall is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives, having qualified in 2005. Nicola has a wealth of experience having worked in the Private Client area for over 10 years. Nicola specialises in Wills, Probate including more complex estates particularly when the person has died intestate (without making a Will), powers of attorney and estate planning.
Nicola is friendly, patient and empathetic and enjoys meeting new clients and guiding them through the legal process of putting their affairs in order. Nicola also relieves families of the burden and stress surrounding probate and administering a loved one’s estate following a bereavement.
In her spare time, she is usually seen stood on the side lines cheering on one of her children in various sporting activities. Nicola also enjoys eating out with family and friends.
