Sean studied Law in Belfast graduating in 2005 and progressing to attain a Masters degree in Law in 2006. Making the move to Chester, Sean completed his Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2007.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Sean spent five years in the banking industry with one of Europe’s largest financial institutions. He therefore brings a natural commercial perspective to his legal advice.
Katharine studied Law at the University of Liverpool and thereafter at the College of Law, Chester. Following a period of travel, Katharine joined Canter Levin & Berg as a trainee solicitor in November 2005 and is now Head of our Employment Law department. She deals in all aspects of Employment Law but specialises in providing non contentious employment advice and compliance to both small business ventures and larger companies. In particular, Katharine is experienced in giving advice to companies concerning starting out in industry and reorganisation and can draft a wide range of company documentation in accordance with the individual needs of the business.
Martin is the Managing Director of Canter Levin & Berg and splits his time between commercial and employment law and practice administration. He has over 25 years’ experience dealing with a wide range of commercial and employment disputes.
He combines his experience in employment law with insolvency, intellectual property and company/partnership disputes.
