Housing Disrepair Law Staff
Daniel joined Canter Levin & Berg in 2025 as a Solicitor in the litigation department, working within the housing disrepair team.
He achieved his law degree at Liverpool John Moores University and graduated in 2013.
In July 2018 he completed his Legal Practice Course, again at Liverpool John Moores University whilst also undertaking his training contract.
Daniel was admitted as a solicitor in August 2019.
In his previous roles Daniel has gained experience in different areas of Civil Litigation but has enjoyed working within Housing Disrepair for three years.
Daniel is passionate about helping tenants resolve the issues with their homes and ensuring that their tenants meet their legal responsibilities.
Daniel works hard to ensure a fair outcome for his clients whilst keeping the legal process as straightforward as possible.
Hannah joined Canter Levin & Berg in September 2024 and is a paralegal in our housing disrepair department.
Tillie joined our housing disrepair department in April 2024.
Alex joined Canter Levin & Berg in May 2023 as a Paralegal in our Housing Disrepair department.
She has previous experience settling Japanese Knotweed and Payday Loans clams as a Fee Earner in her previous firm and began dealing with Housing Disrepair claims in January 2022.
Sarah joined Canter Levin & Berg in September 2024 and is a paralegal in our housing disrepair law department.
Karen joined the firm as an office junior after completing her A-level studies at school in 1979.
Karen worked in various departments before becoming a clerk in the personal injury department in 2002, specialising in road traffic accident claims.
Her role at Canter Levin & Berg requires her to work closely with head of department, Claire Jansz, covering all aspects of housing disrepair law claims.
