Sherette recently joined Canter Levin & Berg as a paralegal in the litigation department, working in the housing disrepair team.

She achieved her law degree at Liverpool John Moores University and graduated in 2016. In July 2021 she completed also her Legal Practice Course combined with a Masters, again at Liverpool John Moores University.

She is passionate about making a positive impact on people’s lives especially during challenging times.

In her previous employment she gained experience working in a personal injury firm as a paralegal .

Waqi is an unregistered Barrister who was called to the Bar of England & Wales (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2022.

He has recently joined our Housing Disrepair team as a Litigation Executive to advance our mission of helping people to live better by fighting for the rights of tenants who are living in houses with disrepair that their landlords have failed to rectify against their contractual and/or legal obligations.

Waqi is fluent in English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi. He prides himself on his commitment to achieve the best desired outcome for each and every client.

Karen joined the firm as an office junior after completing her A-level studies at school in 1979.

Karen worked in various departments before becoming a clerk in the personal injury department in 2002, specialising in road traffic accident claims.

Her role at Canter Levin & Berg requires her to work closely with head of department, Claire Jansz, covering all aspects of housing disrepair law claims.
